Here is an official statement from Rogue management posted via TwitLonger.

"Today we are sorry to announce that we will disband the Rogue Overwatch roster list, so they can get a spot on the Overwatch League team."

"We've done everything we can to get the Rogue team a place in the Overwatch League, including getting funded and through all approval processes."

"Unfortunately, we are not welcome for season 1 and have no choice but to unleash the most powerful Rogue roster in history, so our players can get offers to join the team at the Overwatch League."

"We will continue to pursue to put together a better team in the future and hope next time to keep what we have built!"

Rogue Overwatch is filled with talented French players and the team is based in Las Vegas, USA. Rogue's last tournament was Overwatch Contenders season 1 for the NA region, and stopped in fifth place after failing in the group stage.

The Overwatch League signing period ends on October 30th, so 6 Rogue players have less than 1 month to find an ogranization or a new team!
According to a recent report of two Rogue members Benjamin "uNKOE" Chevasson and Terence "SoOn" Terlier will sign a contract with the Overwatch League team, Los Angeles (Immortals), but no official announcement has been made regarding the entry of the two former Rogue players.

If SoOn and uNKOE are indeed joining the Immortals, then the remaining four RogueOW players are Dylan "aKm" Bignet, Michael "winz" Bignet, Nicolas "NICO" Moret and Jean-Lous "KnOxXx" Boyer will be a free agent (no team ).
