Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL Specifications: Snapdragon 835 and IP67

Google officially launched the latest flagship smartphone Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. In addition to the visible screen size is noticeable difference, what else distinguishes Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL? Check out the following summary.

Both Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL both already use Snapdragon 835 chipset from Qualcomm and 4GB RAM. The difference, Pixel 2 has 64GB of internal storage space, while Pixel 2 XL there are two options namely 64 and 128GB.

Without a headphone jack, it means the user can listen to music through a headset connected to USB-C or Bluetooth. It's exactly like other companies like Apple, Samsung, and LG that first remove the headphone jack.

In addition, thanks to the IP67 certification, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are claimed to be able to stay in the water for up to 30 minutes at a maximum depth of one meter without using any additional protective gear. This is arguably a new achievement as other previous Google smartphones have not yet pocketed this certification.
