However, there are some things to know before exercising at night
Night sports are not actually prohibited, but you are advised to exercise as usual 3 to 4 hours before your bedtime. It is also advisable to slow the rhythm of the sport from the usual.
Exercising at night with speed and power is much slower, will make the body so easy to regulate heart rate, breathing and keep hormone levels remain normal.
