The success of the movie Split, starring James McAvoy certainly makes the Universal Pictures give the green light to director M. Night Shyamalan to create a sequel called Glass.
Split movie itself turned out to be a sequel to the unbreakable movie that aired in 2000. Inside Unbreakable told the character David Dunn (Bruce Willis) who had a train accident but he did not hurt at all. He also knows for a long time that he has superhuman powers of events that have been designed in such a way by the manipulative comic book owner Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson). Unlike David, Elijah is the opposite of him. It does not have a strong body but a very fragile bone like a breaking glass.
In Split we are introduced to the character Kevin Wendell Crumb (James McAvoy) who has 23 different personalities. But there is one personality that has super powers and also the Beast. No audience thought that at the end of the film there was a shock inserted by Shyamalan that is the appearance of David Dunn's character. This is the twist that is included as well as confirm that Split one universe with Unbreakable.
Because Unbreakable movie is produced by Disney Studio then this time the Disney will work with Universal Pictures who produce Split. Many people hope that Fim Glass that completes this trilogy will be as successful as its predecessor movie. Shyamalan had fallen because the films after Sixth Sense and Unbreakable failed in the market, although he did not always forget to insert the twist plot and surprise that is his trademark.
The Glass movie will tell David Dunn who will confront the Kevin Wendell Crumb aka Beast with Elijah Price aka Mr.Glass who became the mastermind behind him. This Movie will star Bruce Willis, James McAvoy, Samuel L. Jackson, and also Anya Taylor-Joy who will re-port the character of Casey Cooke in Split. Glass will air on January 18, 2019.
